Love it!
My fabulous visiting teacher( and friend) Melanie guided me to this wonderful blog--mykitchencafe.blogspot.com . I am so excited to try all these delicious, and seemingly simple recipes. I have been in such a slump for a while and I love that these are all tried and true. So I want you all to check it out and tell me your family faves!

Hey Erika, I love that website! Thanks for the tip. So, I tried the "Thumbprint cookies with vanilla/chocolate ganache" and they were pretty good, but I wouldn't use the "coarse salt" again. It called for 2 tsp of it, and since it was coarse, it didn't all dissolve in, so some cookies had a slight salty flavor to it. Also, the ganache has a honey base, which tasted kind of "off", but all around a decent cookie! I'll update you on other recipes when I try some!
